Product Return Policies

 

We value your business and understand that shopping online can make product selection more difficult. This is why we provide a vast pool of information on each product that we sell, from material name and texture to measurements and actual-size images. We encourage you to use this information when you make a purchase, as all sales are final.  

You have 10 days from your order delivery date to report any defective items. Such items will be replaced.  
You have 5 days from your order delivery date to report any clothing items that do not fit. Such items may be exchanged for a different size.

$2 restocking fee will apply.  


  • We do not offer satisfaction returns. 
  • All returns must be pre-authorized. Please obtain an RMA by contacting customer service.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. 
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded on unclaimed/refused/undeliverable packages. 




How to make a return


Contact customer service (“Contact Us” Page) to obtain an RMA number.  
If submitting a support ticket please include the following information:  

  1.  Your order number, name and email address.
  2.  Products you wish to return and the reason for the return.

 

When can I expect my credit and/or replacement?


Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit and/or replacement.

 

Additional Information  

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Novelties, toys and lubricants cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such a underwear or panties.

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
